I wish everyday could be exactly like this one.

I plan to wrap my year old shrubs to protect 'em from the snow plow's wake. They survived last winter buried under the snow. I'm afraid the limbs might be too weak to survive January and February this winter.

I'd rather a cool summer and a cold winter, but most people prefer it warm. Hey, there are plenty of ways to get warm... some of them involving more than one person.

I don't mind driving through snow, pumping gas is a pain. Standing still next to the pump for 5 minutes is sometimes more than I can handle.

Yup, inside activities are the best way to pass winter days and nights.

it's been a nice, mild summer here in northern colorado and it looks like we're headed for an early fall. i'm just fine with that, the problem is what old farmer's is predicting for the winter. last year was brutal and i don't want a repeat of it.

we're going to an outdoor music festival mid-september and we'll need to be ready for everything from snow to rain to near 90 degree weather. it's always a weather adventure here.
