Normally I don't get excited about new movie releases but this one looks amazing - Foxcatcher

Living in the Philadelphia region for the past 25 years I am very family with the story of John DuPont and how he murdered that Olympic Wrestler (seems the DuPonts have alot of crazies in their family, it was a DuPont heir that got a free pass from jail after raping his toddler children).

The casting looks amazing. Steve Carell, who before was mainly a comedy/rom-com actor, looks to have done a 'Meryl Streep' with the main role of John DuPont - he's got the voice and mannerism down perfectly. And Chantum Tanning is doing a great job of showing the world he's not some 'hunky actor' but that he actually has talent.

Is it possible this could be Oscar Gold for Carell. I'm starting to think people should pay Jon Stewart to work on his show. Steven Corbert and Steve Carell both got their big break there and they have both moved on to bigger and more amazing things (and John Oliver looks to be doing well too!)

I love all 3...Steve, Channing and Mark...I think my husband resembles Mark sometimes.

He's also a great actor, politically active...especially for the environment; I follow him on Twitter.

I forgot to add I loved Moneyball (every time I watch it I remember you saying Brad was robbed of the Oscar and totally agree with you) and Capote, so he's a great director.

I didn't even like "The Artist", fell asleep halfway thru. And seriously what has that guy done in the past 4 years as an actor. Pitt still keeps churning out great roles after great roles.

He was so natural. Jonah Hill and Philip Seymour Hoffman were great too.
