We are in severe drought, are only supposed to water once a week on a certain day between 5 and 9 a.m., and then 7 and 10 p.m. She watered whenever / however she wanted until my complaint to the code enforcement officer got through and she got cited. So now she runs a soaker hose throughout her front lawn and continues to water all day, every day. She also turns on a sprinkler in her back yard in the evening and lets it run all night. She thinks water restrictions are too much govt. intervention. Dumb as a sack of hammers.
