So I'm painting an armoire. And the cats like to sit on it. So I had the brilliant

idea of painting just the sides. I started. Sure enough a cat brawl broke out on top. And it is pretty high. And the loser had to slice down the side with four paws to get to a level he felt comfortable to jump to the ground from. All four paws are now marking my hallway with prints in "Longshot green" (I had it mixed for me special at the paint store). I meant well. Oh my.

4. Painting *anything* with the "assistance" of cats is always a dicey undertaking.

I have an old wood plank floor featuring a trail of white paw prints. Think I'll leave it that way.

8. I got off as much as I could. He was not very cooperative. You can barely see the green on his paws.
