10. I have a Char-Griller with 2 chambers

one side gas, one side charcoal.


I use the gas side to heat up and clean the grills from the charcoal side while the coals are getting ready.


then while the meat is cooking and after the gas side has cooled back down, the gas side makes a good table to hold stuff - platters for receiving meat, a place to put tongs and whatnot...
