As much as I complain about the foreign service, sometimes stuff like this comes through

"We need you to go spend four days down in Goa at an American interests festival. Your husband is good at parties, so make sure you bring him."

He got a graduate degree (Magna) from Columbia in International Relations after taking Arabic at Georgetown.

Although--the FBI expressed interest, too, and I think in Goa, Portuguese might be more useful than Arabic.
