This craig's list landlord is so dumb, there are cars blocking the garage he wants me to rent
$200/month, and I can't even get my car in or out of it?!?!?
There were no no-parking signs. He says, "Well, you don't need to get in there every day, 24/7, do you? It shouldn't be a problem."
So I kept saying, "ok. You want me to pay for a garage I can't use? Why would I pay you, if I can't get my car in our out because someone is parked in front of it?"
The moran says, "I don't want to rent to you." and walks away.
Before you think I'm in a florida backwater or las vegas bordello, this is a major connecticut city 55 minutes from manhattan.
It's a parallel universe. WTF????

I can simply move any car that illegally blocks my way.
Any damage to my car doesn't show. It's already damaged.
Nor do I need a garage...
You know what's sad? I've lived in places where people simply leave their keys in their car whenever the parking situation is tight, just in case some stranger has to move it.
We have Four Wheel Drives for problems like that.
