1. From what I've read about the place...

It had three floors, the top two floors could look down on the first floor, which was the dance floor.

Cocaine was a currency, to the bartenders on the second floor.

And the third floor had to be hosed down the next day since it was the make-out floor with big naugahyde cushions.
