...is a bunch of poopyheads.
I'm not sure which unsmiley thingy to use. Use your imagination. Thanks.

(47,675 posts)Actually, I've never had to call Samsung for support. They make good shit.

(8,492 posts)Do you think pig Latin would work?
I agree they make a good product, until something doesn't work. Then, they treat you like just spit in their ice cream.

(8,492 posts)...it would provide me with some much needed entertainment. The visual of the look on their faces would give me at least 2 days of giggles.

(47,675 posts)Maybe that's a way to avoid getting posts hidden by juries!

(8,492 posts)...some (enough for that 3-3 split) are too lazy to try. Serving on juries has forced me to keep a bottle of ibuprofen next to my computer and I've only served about 40 times.
It would be fun to see the discussion in Meta.

(30,947 posts)When my monitor went out, I called customer support and the tech stayed on the line with me until the problem was solved. Turned out to be a loose cord.

(8,492 posts)I had a Netflix connectivity issue that has apparently been a problem since 2009. They really didn't seem to give a shit. I had calls "dropped", a live chat "ended", several emails that had useless solutions (and they knew it), fingers pointed in several other directions, and just general "meh".
It was only by accident that I came across a complaint that said to go to their FB page to file a complaint. I then had ONE representative helping me. It still took 2 more days, but the problem is fixed.

It was supposed to say -- Please hold. I will be with you before you are 80 years of age.

(8,492 posts)Everyone in the house had to avoid me for 5 days until it was finally resolved. All is good in the house of Wait Wut, now.
Wait Wut
(8,492 posts)Though it took 5 days, 15 emails, 3 dropped phone calls, an "ended" live chat session, 8 Facebook posts and a lot of freakin' aggravation, the problem has finally been resolved. I'm head over heals in love with my new home theater system, now. I will eventually stop giggling every time it sounds like Vin Diesel is racing through my living room. Yes, the first movie I (re)watched was Fast Five.
Recommendation: If you ever need to contact Samsung customer service, go directly to their FB page. Do NOT go through their web site.
