We were trying some different kinds of noodles and the quinoa are tasty, but can be easily overcooked and get mushy.

Sautéed zucchini slices and finely chopped onions in olive oil and Hungarian paprika spice

Butterfly pasta with a light garlic/olive oil seasoning

"Sea salmon," an Atlantic white fish, done in a green pesto sauce.

(my wife is a gourmet chef, don't blame me for getting fancy)

When I was single, I would just have a potato for dinner or maybe a package of frozen vegetables with sauce. I don't remember the brand, but there are this frozen green-beans with spaetzle, I used to love those for dinner. I should look to see if you can still buy them.

And I still had to go downstairs to meet the pizza guy (he got lost and went to the wrong apartment complex.) I was hoping to get it delivered to the door, as I'm having trouble walking right now, but no such luck.

However, now I have (almost) ready-to-eat-meals for the next few days
