The Decorah Eagles is one reason I get up in the morning....and I know I need a life but, dang this is huge in the wild life arena. Great horned owls taking over an eagles nest?? Has anyone EVER seen this? I haven't and I thought it would generate more interest then just ME talking about it. JMHO.

I watched all the time for the past couple of years but haven't in quite a while. Thanks for reminding me. I'll start again. VERY cool about the owls!

Just so happy Decorah has both eagle nests on camers....NOW, if the Eagles decide to get a NEW site, as in a third site.....well, then there will be no Decorah eagle viewing this season.

Hmm, if you are correct, and I suspect you are, that would be a bummer.

I usually watch when you or someone else on DU reminds me.
