No Hunley means no one figures out that submarines are viable weapons which means the U.S. stays out of WWI, unless the sinking of ships by subs was just an excuse we used to enter a war we wanted in on anyway.
Do the Allies win if the US stays out?
If Germany doesn't lose does that mean Hitler never happens?
What are your thoughts?
