Cuties are not "made for kids".

They are freaking Clementines and they are grown, not "made". Get a clue stupid commercial. And quit playing yourself over and over again.

I am 41 years old and I will eat Cuties if I please. Thank you.

A rebel. Besides that I'm refusing to pay my HOA fees this year. Tomorrow I might just rip the tag off my mattress.

Will this defiance be worth it when the mattress police are pounding on your door?

I think not.

In our master deed it says that a member of the board cannot be replaced without a community vote. They replaced a member (with a guy who had been VOTED out) a few months ago.

It also says improvements that are going to require financially backed upkeep (such as a watering system for the small plot of community land we have) have to be voted on by the community. It was not.

So...they stepped outside of the master deed. The only thing I can do is the same. I'll keep you posted. We are only a hundred houses so we're hoping to disband the HOA. We don't really need one. It's a power trip for a few busy bodies.

I was eating one once and like any dog he gave me the begging face...I thought well he probably won't like it, but he can try a piece. Fast forward past the initial hilarity of his confusion on how to eat it, he loves them. Oranges, no interest..but he knows a clementine and instantly sits for his piece.

Meh.. I hate those commercials...adults eat them too

I wonder what it is about the clementine, over the orange, that he likes. Does he like apples?

I think he likes the sweetness of the clementine, oranges can be a little sour or bitter. Before I knew grapes were bad for dogs, I used to give them to my black lab mix. She still gets one every now and then...she likes they way they burst in her mouth..you can see her eyes widen and she wags her tail.

But our shepherd knows the scent of a cutie, and he gets so excited for them..like it was raw steak. Our lab mix will only eat it because the shepherd does, she doesn't want to miss out on a snack.

And loved having a big bowl of them to look at and enjoy. But now, I am seeing them in the stores currently and wonder if the ads are meant to inspire us to buy them for more than just Christmas. I agree, the ad is creepy.
