1. When I lived in Key West,

we called it "Leather Weather' because everyone would break out their leather jackets.

2. I lived in Miami most of my life

until I moved here to North Georgia. I used to welcome weather in the 40s in Florida. It was a relief for some cooler air to counteract the heat and humidity. I love it here in North Georgia where we have seasons, which Florida does not have, only endless summer.

My daughter still lives in Miami and sometimes visits me in the fall and winter and is freezing whenever the temps are below 50 degrees.
