I just took a 7 day vacation with no internet and it looks weird to me now
I had my phone with me in the event that anyone needed me (they didn't) and now that I'm back and plugged in, everything looks and feels so strange. Damn it felt good to get away. I highly recommend it. I'll have to unplug more often.
Where'd I go?
Took the family to Disney World and lived in "the bubble" for a week. Damn that was fun. My 4 y/o loved it. Getting to experience everything with a kid is great.
Oh, and WTF is up with a dress changing color?

When my kids were younger, we loved taking them camping in the Adirondacks, where there was no cell phone service, no Wi-Fi, no electricity to charge any electronics. They always hated it at first, but would eventually warm up to life without electronic devices. 
Disney is perfect for a four year old. I bet you had a blast.
As far as the dress, just google , "What color is this dress?". It took the whole world over, broke up marriages and friendships, started workplace wars, drove people off the deep end, it was crazy and scary stuff. 
The dress was obviously blue and black. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
