My dear departed father, loved Pork Rinds.
He used to cook them. I know how to cook them...

He would wake us up at 5 in the morning, drive to the boonies of MD to buy a whole bungload of pig skin.

I remember having to cut them, and then separate them in different bins dependent on thickness and the quality of the skin.

Then the cooking, which is 3 different frying sessions.
I would move across the house so slowly, as if swimming in a sea of FAT...

It is friggin disgusting.

So no... NONONONONO...

but I do like pork rinds. I only eat them once in a blue moon, because they must be horrible for your health.
