National Lobster Day Lobster is enjoyed by many when it is simply boiled and dipped in melted butter. A couple of favorite lobster recipes include Lobster Newberg and Lobster Thermidor. Lobster is also used in soup, bisque, lobster rolls and salads. http://nationaldaycalendar.com/days-2/national-lobster-day-june-15/Nature Photography Day The North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA) along with millions of photographers and photography lovers across the nation observe Nature Photography Day on June 15th. http://nationaldaycalendar.com/nature-photography-day-june-15/
National Smile Power Day This is a day for everyone to share the power of the smile.
There are many people who do not realize how much power and magic is in a smile. A smile can be as simple as a silent hello to those that you pass by. A true smile also offers acceptance, encouragement and appreciation as well as helping to calm ones anxieties, fear, nervousness and etc. A smile lets someone know that you care.
When you smile at someone, you are telling them that they are valued and worth the smile that you just gave them. Smiles are moral boosters and confidence builders. http://nationaldaycalendar.com/days-2/national-smile-power-day-june-15/

...but I found a nature photo of a smiling lobster.
P.S.: I think it's his birthday.

I don't think I could in good conscience ever ear another lobster after seeing him!

...and use humane practices...

(206,157 posts)5. That first one did make me LOL - I'm embarassed to say... ;)
And the last one made me cringe. I actually love lobster, but I've totally lost the heart to order it, it's been a couple of decades since I have. I hate seeing them all crammed in a lobster tank, but I just can't be responsible for what I know would happen if I ordered one of them for dinner.

(16,334 posts)7. I smile a lot. Some people don't like it...
it makes them feel uncomfortable. But most of the time, people smile back.

(28,394 posts)9. I am self-conscious about my smile.
All of those TV ads about people having radiant, eye-popping, perfect white smiles don't help. I have spent a fortune on dental care, but I'm never going to look like that!
