I managed to unfuck up my facebook page today! (it wasn't really fucked up).
Simple. My husband had just established a facebook account and I kept getting his facebook page when I tried to go on my account.
What I learned made the difference: our email accounts! We both have aol.com and when he is signed in for mail I can't go on my facebook account but go to his. When I switched my email to mine, I could go onto my Facebook page. It was that simple.
