(12,723 posts)He was kind of good in the dramatic stuff he did on all those 70s TV shows. And I have to admit he is in the wow, he was still alive club. He made it to 93 and was still working last year so he had a good run.

(38,458 posts)Passed him going into a restaurant I worked at back in the 60's. He was pleasant and said hello (he was doing a show at a venue connected to the restaurant). I first noticed how small he was--maybe 5 ft. tall--and how tall his wife was. She was 6 inches taller than he plus she had a giant beehive hairdo. He didn't seem to mind.
