Tuhao rents out 5-star hotel swimming pool to celebrate his pet sea lion's birthday

How far would you go for your pet? After Wang Jianlin's son pampered his dog with two apple watches, yesterday another tuhao from Qingdao rented out a hotel swimming pool to celebrate the birthday of his pet sea lion.

The cute sea lion was first spotted by a guest at the 5-star hotel, who of course was quick to reach for their phone and snap some photos of the bizarre scene.

Its owner, a man reportedly in his late 20s, rented out the swimming pool in advance and arranged for chefs at the hotel to prepare a giant feast for the sea lion.

The little guy was having so much fun that by the end he refused to get out of the pool.
