Disneyworld in Florida. I spent 3 days, and I honestly didn't have a good time. I just didn't get all the hoopla about it. Well that's just me.

Lived not far from Anaheim and remember it well. It was thrilling for an 8 year old. Went at least once a year until I left CA in 1972. Every time relatives came to visit we went I always said Disneyland and San Diego zoo were the very best things about CA, maybe the only good things..............

Used to belong to Club 33, an Unbelievable place in the French Quarter!

Love Disneyland, but did not like Disney World because we were there at the beginning of July and the humidity and bugs drove me nuts. I am allergic to just about every bug which decided to dine on me!

Called to see if they had some kind of special deal but nope, I would have had to pay just like everyone else. We went to Cambria instead and had a nice bd lunch.

I was born exactly 4 months later. We lived in OC, and my dad had a second job at D-land when it first opened. He was an operator on the put-put cars (can't recall the real name).

Thanks for the memories!
