I watched Move Over, Darling the other night on Netflix.

Boy is it a stupid movie! Doris Day's character came back from being on a deserted island for five years, only to find out her husband had just remarried...on the very day of her return! What are the odds?

So there was a madcap rush to hurry up and "stop the Honeymoon" so their marriage wouldn't be valid.

I loved this movie so much when I was a little girl. I loved every Doris Day movie.

Have you revisited a movie or television show you used to love and thought, "What was I thinking?"

Although I admit I love Doris Day movies, always and forever.

There are two William Castle movies, "Homicidal" I saw when I was in 5th grade, and can't believe I fell for, and "The Tingler" which gave me nightmares for years!

I'm so embarrassed.

You know when the Justice of the Peace asks to kiss the bride and instead she...

There are some creepy things in it but the big twist is kind of obvious if you pay enough attention to the actress who played Warren and the bad job of dubbing they did.

Even when they're way cornier or implausible when viewed in these times, I take joy in great sets, gorgeous costumes and watching great classic actors like Thelma Ritter throw out cheesy lines.
