food photography

the photo group suggest i post this here

has anyone done any food photography?
ive been hired to shoot a menu for a restuarant. something ive never done before
heres my plan.
place the food near a window to use natural light
place a reflector behind the food
possible a dissfusser on the window depending on how bright it is
shoot from directly above. (Thats the view they want)

anything im overlooking?
