I was diagnosed in '02 and did nine years of treadmill until a fractured fibula called for a change (such as a pedal gadget), but am nowhere that compliant as was with the treadmill. But still am not on diabetes meds of any kind, although the readings have been creeping upward in the past year. The AC1 went past 7 for the first time, but then got it down, then up again.
