Copy the URL of the image. (In Firefox right-click->copy image location. Other browsers should work similarly.) Then go to https://www.google.com/imghp, left-click on the little camera on the right of the search box, then paste the copied URL and click on "Search by image".

I was amused on several things.
1. That wiki had an entry.
2. That they felt it needed an image.
3. Why they posted that image instead of say old timey wrestling match.
4. Somebody actually created that image.
