Anyone ever watch Property Brothers on HGTV? They just shocked the world!

They are very talented guys and pretty smart too.

2. Not surprised. I've been a fan of their show for a long time

and I knew that they were experienced in quite a few aspects of the entertainment biz.

I believe there was an episode featuring their music.

I find the show kind of hard to believe, in one aspect. In every episode, they convince the guests to buy a house and remodel it, usually for a net cost measurably below the budget the guests had in mind to begin with. The show opens with them finding the "dream house" for the guests, and then showing them that it costs far more than their guests hoped to pay. Then they work their miracle, and everyone is happy.

I cannot quite believe that the guests are not aware of what the show is all about before they appear. Wouldn't one do a little research? Yet always, they affect to be astonished and amazed, both at how expensive their dream house is, and how affordable the alternative is once the brothers have finished with it. I don't buy it, and thus I am always a little skeptical of their veracity. Although I suppose it is possible that there could be people who come onto a show without knowing what the hell they're getting into.

4. My daughter loves their shows

So I see them on occasion - I don't seek them out but I enjoy watching when they are on.

I'd damn sure let them fix my house.

but they also seem like really nice guys.

Their decorating style is a little too impersonal for me.
