We had to drive 80 miles to pick it up and arrive about 6AM. The hive and the two supers were sealed with duct
tape. We drove home with some highly agitated bees in the back of the pickup truck. We had a secluded spot picked out
and proceeded to load the stack into a wheelbarrow. That's when the tape broke and thousands of angry Italian honey
bees came swarming out. I ran faster than my friend and was only stung four or five times. My buddy got
tagged about forty times and was sick for a coupla days.
