Not to brag but

I wanted to share how grateful I am to be able to walk into the other room and see my husband snoozing in his recliner. He is the sweetest kindest man you'll ever meet. He's had a hard life - sickly from the start. Fighting cancer now. Prognosis is very good - just a matter of the awful process.

I share this because most everyone has someone dear to them. Don't take one single day for granted. Hold them close. Don't waste your time on petty differences. Let love win out when they accidentally step on you.

There's just never enough time..... We are pushing 50 years with each other and it still seems so short....

Nothing like a nice snooze in a recliner--it truly is the sleep of the gods!

Fifty years is a long time. I'm glad you still have each other.
