tipping question (for exercise bike assembly....)

I am having someone assemble an exercise bike I bought from Amazon. I got them thru Amazon who now offer this service. Amazon estimated the assembly would be approximately 31.00. But the assembler contacted me and said it would cost 53.00. Am I supposed to tip also?

Also, the reviews on Amazon said this was quite an easy bike to put together. It comes in 8 parts. I would think this would be easy peasy for a professional. They said it would be between 45 and 90 minutes.

I am going to be watching carefully as it is put together.

But should I tip also?

thank you.
