you have a choice of Avatar/wallpaper/GIF (if you animate background). Right click your mouse - go to "Copy" (Avatar in my case) and then "Paste" as I did for my post. I imagine you could paste it into a draw program and do more with it and then save as a JPEG.

Oh well, it was still fun. I even tried downloading to FB and Twitter and still the same result.
