My dog has the cone of shame on, now she won't go up or down the stairs

The minute I take it off, no problem. Ive tried to entice her with food, but to no avail. The only thing that has worked was putting a leash on her, or when she wanted to run outside cuz she saw something out the front door. She usually launches herself up them and she just doesnt seem able to get herself over the hump with the cone on. She did have an issue going down them, but not as much anymore.

Any ideas of what to do to get her over her fear, at least for as long as she has to wear the cone (next 9 days or so)?

If she can't see them, she might not trust them to be there.
