1. One of mine does that. I am not allowed to stop petting him.

and is not shy to grab the sleeve with his claw...and not let go till I pet him.

I admit I do it on purpose to make him demand his next petting session..in which I indulge him, though my kitty is an ears kitty..not a belly kitty
