Kittens help groom mother and some playtime

We foster cats, and my wife likes to have pregnant Moms. So this is the Pleiades crew born in our house. Mom is Pleiades, then there is Maiya, Atlas, Taygeta, Merope and Electra.

Today the kittens were taken to the pet store for adoption. We're going to miss the little buggers. This is our 3rd family through. We have another Mom and 4 kittens in our spare room,. They're only 2 weeks old. So they will be moving into the big room(our bedroom), and we'll get another Mom and start the process all over again.

Anyway, we like to spend time with them, of course, usually after work to de-stress, trust me it helps. Here's a little video from last week.

There's been times that we've had as many as 32 cats in our house including our own 3.
The toughest part is letting the kittens go. You get to know them and watch as their personalities bloom. It's really amazing.
They come and sleep with us, get to know the routine, then we have to move them on.
And, we do work hard on keeping the house and litters clean, and to be slightly boastful, you wouldn't know we had that many cats in our house unless you saw them.
