She has been asked to submit something to a gallery in Philly that is doing an election night presentation and returns viewing party. The subject matter is politics and elections, but other than that, the possibilities are totally open - past, present, or future. Thought I might tap you all to see if you had any ideas. Of course, you immediately think about this election, but all the obvious ones have been done in some way (word cloud of Trump, Trump as a beauty queen, Trump (instead of Hope, Grope) ...
Thought you all might have some unique spin on some ideas

(11,915 posts)I've passed the ideas along. She wants to do it in the style of a Russian propaganda poster from WWII, but hasn't decided on the graphic yet. She's pouring over old Russian slogans now (can't help her with that since I can't read them). She wanted Trump holding something and is kicking around ideas - Taxes? A bill from Putin? A check from Putin? Or something else...

Perhaps, the 1917 Russian Revolution, shown alongside scenes of the American Revolution...then the evolving of Russian from a Communist Nation, to a free Nation, to one now under an oligarch, the United States evolving into a free Nation & our escaping an oligarchy.
