Just saw the photos of those tornadoes that ripped thru the area
Man those things are nasty!
I hope all the Dallas DUers and their family & friends are ok!

(4,187 posts)Took cover where I work, for an hour and a half --
in a pre-school, with 1-2 year olds.
about 10 teachers with about 25 kids in a scure room. Just my grade was in the room. others were in other secure rooms.
NOT FUN!
The kids were pretty good, though, considering....
lucky with only high wind and rain, but we were under a tornado warning...
- my house apparently got only heavy rain, in another part town.
In a third part of town, my aunt got so much hail that it was in drifts.
Will have to have roof inspected but the sky lights survived. They were also under a tornado warning.
My neighbor works in a 4th part of town...even though our houses were spared, the part of town he works in had GRAPEFRUIT sized hail.
you should see the way his car looks. not sure how he drove it home with the back windshield busted out.
You know it's a bad day when you get calls from your cousins out of town.
Thanks.
Hope others faired well. Scary day.
