I need an Anime translator

Two of my granddaughters have created their own Halloween costumes, in the likeness of their favorite Anime characters. I have no clue as to who they're supposed to be:

Looks like the divine Miss M is in the top row, second from the right. Her sister is on the bottom row, second from the left. Now to research what the hell is a Homestuck Troll....
