A bit of ocean liner history passed by my window today
The CMV cruise liner Astoria passed by this morning and evening.
The Astoria first started her career as the Swedish America Line ship Stockholm. The Stockholm is probably best known as the ship that collided with the Andrea Doria on July 25, 1956 off the coast of Nantucket.
