It was a PBS pledge break shirt when they were having a marathon. It's so ragged I seldom wear it but whenever I do I inevitably get stopped by some stranger and we have a fine discussion.

I can't choose a favorite from that series because each one hilarious. The episodes stand alone, but that is a series that is best appreciated in it's totality. My introduction to it was back in the VCR days. I binge watched the entire series in a single weekend before any of us even had the concept of binge watching.

For me, Fawlty Towers was and remains an event - not a series.

He was in a young, attractive, Australian female guest's room with his ear to the wall because he thought that the guy in the next room had "sneaked" in a guest. (which was true)
