I need something for wet food. My cat wakes me up daily at 6 am for food, well before my alarm. I'm exhausted and really not sure how much more I can take, so I need a solution. I've looked at a few automatic cat feeders and they seem like they could hold wet food, especially if I freeze it first. Some have pockets for freezer packs.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I had a dry one for my kitty that did the same for dry food. It did not work out. He wanted me in the kitchen with him. It was just his thing that we always had to eat together, every meal. Eventually, he trained me to get up with him at 6:30 AM! LOL!!!

(16,245 posts)I almost always go home for lunch and give him something.
But I think in the morning he really is very hungry, since I feed him around when we eat the night before.
All I really want to use it for is the early morning feeding because he is so noisy at 6 am. He will not shut up, even for a minute. Then he eats and is quiet again for a while.
