AT LAST SECRET SOLVED: HOW DID SUPERGIRL GET HER EARS PIERCED?

Ok, ok, ok, you are a clever fan aren't you? Supergirl is freaking Kara Zor-El, last daughter of Krypton! In many cases, she's considered stronger than SUPERMAN! So how in the world did Kara, essentially a living god, get her ears pierced for those decorative pieces we call earrings? The simple answer comes to us from two show runners, both Executive Producers and writers, Andrew Kreisberg and Ali Adler.

Andrew Kreisberg tweeted this: "Since alot of people are wondering ... Kara got her ears pierced on Krypton" PROOF

If that wasn't enough for you, Ali Adler, added: "At the mall on Krypton" PROOF

So there you have it, no higher authority on the matter than the two Executive Producers! Love to see posts here about my favorite show.

I always explained that away as she got them pierced on Krypton, and that Melissa's adorable little chicken pox (or whatever) scar by her left eye was also the result of some Kryptonian situation.

Love the mention that she is often portrayed as stronger than Superman. Quite often true in the comics.

Supergirl did prove she was stronger than Superman.

8. A lot of the "How did they?..."s are explained by what they brought with them from Krypton.

Their indestructible Super-outfits? Made from the blankets and articles of clothing they brought with them from Krypton.

Clark Kent's heat-vision-resistant eyeglasses? Made from the glass of the canopy of his spaceship.

Superman shaves with a razor made from the Kryptonian steel of his ship.

I imagine Supergirl could have pierced her ears with a piercing tool made from the metal of her spaceship.

A lot of these things are explained in the comics.

9. They had malls on Krypton???

I thought that they were an advanced civilization? Certainly, they mastered online retail ahead of us. Didn't they have their own Amazon.com?
