1. Gadot and Jenkins knocked this one out of the park!

Gadot and Jenkins knocked this one out of the park! I was skeptical that WW could be a serious contender on film (part inherent bias on my part, part lack of this particular strong, leading role for a female in a blockbuster on the other part)

I think WW will jump-start the DC franchise, and bodes well for the JL movies, but DAMN!!! This one movie, in and of itself, without any franchise attached to it was simply pure entertainment gold!

I never waited for this movie because I'd never thought the WW character as plausible in any real sense, but Dir. Patty Jenkins did a precision strike, and now I beginning to think WW will be THE lead (to me) in the Justice League films.

And it was funny/ironic seeing Chris Pine cast in the role traditionally given only to women, and his scene where he becomes, for all intents and purposes, objectified.

2. Seeing Chris Pine all I could think of was him playing

Captain James T. Kirk, and yeah, I could see her on the Enterprise, it might be fun!
