Bet I've seen it 100 times and I STILL see things I hadn't noticed before.

GOD I love that music. And the acting's brilliant. And it's based on The Odyssey so I guess it's a classic too, really.

channel or another every four to six weeks. Not so with "Brother". You have a better chance of seeing "Casablanca" again soon. So, if you're truly torn, watch "Brother". If not, for me it would be "Casablanca".

And TCM guaranties the film will be shown uncut. (Although I caught them showing Poltergeist without the scene of the parents smoking pot. But that is the only time)

Casablanca Anniversary Set is said to have 14 hours of extras, supplements, docs, making of...etc. WOW.

My favorite movie scene, bar none, is the singing of the "Marseillaise" in Casablanca. I stand and sing along, even though I am not French.

Missed it last night and was watching Oh Brother. I love Oh Brother, but I already have that on DVD and I've only seen Casablanca once...
