Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus performed for the last time in New England. After 146 years in May 2017, “The Greatest Show on Earth” ended it historic run.

4. Good riddance. Making caged animals perform is cruel. And clowns are creepy.

Circuses with only human performers are fine.

And...maybe animals that enjoy doing tricks like dogs.

But carting these animals around in small crates for months at a time is beyond cruelty.

These animals are victims of greed.
