if I was added to the people who liked.

I find it best when the world is crashing around me to worry about very trivial things

Typically you can hover over the reactions to see who liked the post, however I'm not sure if this works for posts by people you are not friends with on fb.

and if over a certain number it's just a link to all the rest. You can click on that and see all of them. I see 138 reactions to a post on my timeline and I'm not friends with about 134 of them - but I am friends with the original poster.

Now I suppose it's possible one could be blocked by another person which is a level beyond just not being friends but I'm not sure how that works as everybody likes me.

You should be able to see all your friends posts. You should be able to see non-friends posts if they are posted publicly. And if you can see the post, you can see who liked it.

He died last year, so I post pictures of him from time to time. All sorts of people show up to like the pic!
