How much is a billion dollars

A propos of nothing in particular.

If you have a billion dollars and you spend $100,000 every day, it would take more than 27 years to spend that money.

If you have 50 billion dollars and you spend $1 million every day, you can do that for more than 135 years.

Just sayin'.

Every day invest half of your allowance ($50,000), in a savings plan. Voila! You'll be able to spend $50,000 every day and at the end have a half a billion dollars plus interest accumulated over 27 years!
