My mother put a stuffed pepper in a plastic tray in the oven. I'm heading out right now to put a new oven on her kitchen.

On some of my shoes. I have no idea why I keep them so long. There was one shoe from a pair of slippers that separated from the sole earlier this year. For months I wrapped electricians tape around it to keep it together. Not very effective but I persisted 4 or 5 times. Finally I remembered I had another pair in a dusty closet box.
I am getting somewhat better at throwing away socks before the hole is larger than the remainder.
