For the record, I don't think you look like your mother fucked a monkey.
You do however seem like a very tempered actor/person who says a lot with very few words, but what could cause you to absolutely lose your shit either personally or professionally?

My favorite ongoing series. I do think he hasn't taken risks in his last couple of books. Involving his daughter in an investigation should have had greater consequences.

(6,155 posts)Welliver looks nothing like the way Bosch is described in the books.
And his house on the hill is missing the big deck on the back.

(426 posts)....not matching Bosch's description. But, Welliver makes it work. If I were casting an actor to play Bosch, Welliver wouldn't have occurred to me. But I have to say I find him a perfect fit for the character.
I love the Bosch series, Michael Connelly is right up there with the best mystery writers in the US. I haven't been able to read them in order, since I get the books second hand from the thrift stores....so I have to take whatever is available there at the time. But it's a bit disconcerting for Maddie to be age 5 in one book, and a teenager the next.
But I thought it was cool when Bosch and his half-brother, Mickey; The Lincoln Lawyer, got their two daughters together.
