2. Out of curiosity, is there a labor union for software test/QA?

And how would a union work somewhere like Virginia which is a " right to work" state, since right to work means essentially your employer can let you go for any reason , or no reason at all.

They should be done with the Democratic party. Or at least withhold support from candidates and politicians that don't support them. Including but not limited to Mr. Walking Shoes himself.
