Fire destroys DeNiro apt.
Robert DeNiro's $23 million dollar apartment on Manhattan's Central Park West was totaled by a fire today. DeNiro was not at home at the time but another resident of the building, actress Celeste Holm was evacuated.
Miss Holm, 95, is confined to a wheelchair and could not return to her apartment because the elevators are not working yet. Sympathy to DeNiro on his loss of property and I hope Miss Holm gets through this OK.
