Because the EQing on the rhythm guitars gives a slight illusion of guitar & distorted organ. Just like Purple.
Also, the solo with the aggressive whammy bar work evokes Blackmore!
Those sounds are what Roger knew & what helped make him & his boys famous!

Very Highway Star.
This and Stained Class are the best-sounding Priest records in my ears.
That half-time guitar solo never fails to give me chills - its so perfectly executed and sculpted.
